The Rosato Coste della Sesia DOC Caterina wine is produced in the Villa del Bosco area. Piedmontese rosé wine produced from the blend of local native grapes, including Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Croatina. The soil is characterized by sands and rocks of volcanic origin. The vineyards are about 40 years old. The training system used is the classic Guyot, the first production year was in 2019.
The grapes are harvested in advance of full ripening and maintain a balanced relationship between acidity and sugars. Subjected to maceration on the skins at low temperatures.
