Why the winemaker recommends Osvaldo Viberti Barolo Serralunga d'Alba DOCG 2019
If you have the opportunity to taste a Barolo that will make your eyes shine, then you must take it. It has a wonderfully fruity scent. Despite its age, it remains quite stiff in the mouth and clearly develops a brown glow before the glass is empty. However a very pleasant wine, has the characteristics of a traditional Barolo and powerful 15%, probably reaching its peak now.

Viberti winery
The Osvaldo Viberti winery, led by the oenologist Osvaldo and supported by his family, is a combination of tradition and innovation in the Langhe. Founded in 1993, the historic cellar of Borgata Serra dei Turchi is the place where the wines mature thanks to barrels and barriques, while the modern cellar, built in 2012, houses advanced temperature-controlled winemaking systems. Osvaldo, passionate about his work, sees his experience as a privilege and wishes to pass on the richness of living in the Langhe to his children. The wines of the Osvaldo Viberti winery embody authenticity and love for viticulture, the result of a family tradition handed down for generations.
