From plots with different altitudes, aspects, slopes, soil structure, fine, long-lived white and red wines of excellent alcohol content are obtained.
The wine cellar is in the vineyard, and was built respecting the surrounding eco system and blends in well with the pedo-mountain agricultural context. It allows you to speed up the pressing of freshly picked grapes. Optimizing and enhancing the characteristics of the aromas and bouquet of the wines in production are the undisputed prerogatives for obtaining quality wines. From this intense work full of expectations, Di Sipio manages to convey all the information into the bottle, letting the wine become our interlocutor. From the luxuriant plants of the vineyards, through transformation processes closely linked to the Abruzzo winemaking traditions, Nicola Di Sipio presents us with sober labels of excellent productions, such as the well-known Montepulciano d’Abruzzo; Pecorino Igp Terre di Chieti, Trebbiano d'Abruzzo PDO to name a few to which is added the Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo PDO.
