Easy to drink Abruzzo Riesling. Despite its rather high alcohol volume (13.5%), it is the perfect companion for an aperitif.
Characteristics of the Riesling Di Sipio wine
The nose first takes on almost aromatic notes of tropical fruits and ripe flowers, then becoming straighter, with hints of straw and stony. Harshly refreshing mouth, very Riesling in character, with citrus acidity and strong minerality that make it sip. A little bit of pulp is missing, but hey! we are not in the Moselle! That said, the wine is still very satisfying.
Recommended pairings with Terre di Chieti IGT white wine
The dish that is preferred to combine with this Riesling white wine, according to the food and wine tasting experiences, is grilled fish; excellent with beef carpaccio.
