Why the winemaker recommends Bricco Carlina Aivè Rosato Frizzante 2024
The small winery is located on the slopes of Grinzane Castle, with vineyards scattered between the hills of Langhe and Monferrato. The grapes used for the Aivè organic rosé wine grow in a vineyard facing south-east, 250 meters above sea level. on clayey-limestone soil in Costigliole d'Asti.
Characteristics of the Aivè rosé wine by Bricco Carlina
Aivè Rosato vinified in white in tanks for 24 hours, soft pressing of the must without added sulphites and spontaneous fermentation at a controlled temperature until the alcoholic fermentation is complete.
Refines in steel tanks at low temperature for 6 months. Refermentation in the bottle and resting for at least 12 months sur lie.
