Characteristics of the Vulkà rosé wine from Nicosia
Rosé composed of 100% Nerello mascalese grapes, a beautiful bright color between cerasuolo and the skin of red onion from Tropea, a straightforward wine, very intense on the nose, medium fine, small red berries, floral, good body and warm on the palate, slightly soft, sufficiently persistent.

Nicosia winery
Sicily in five generations, 1898 Francesco Nicosia, the great-grandfather of Etna wine, already known and appreciated in Europe for its "volcanic" and mineral strength. In the 20th century, Carmelo Nicosia expanded and renovated the vineyards and created a modern winery, at the foot of one of the extinct craters that dot Etna.
