Rosso di Montepulciano DOC Svetoni For a Chianti lover, it is good to enjoy a slightly different expression of the Sangiovese grape. This Red Toscana of Montepulciano wine is a light to medium bodied wine, dry and tannic, with earthy cherry notes.
Characteristics of the Sangiovese wine:
Rosso di Montepulciano Svetoni tends towards garnet. Slightly closed nose with notes of cherry, toasted, spices. Mouth with medium intensity and structure, toasted returns, a very approachable wine.
Recommended pairings with Sangiovese wine:
ideal with baked pasta, grilled meats; stuffed round peppers; with cold cuts and cheeses.
Uncork and decant before serving at 18°C in a large Ballon goblet.
