Veneto IGT Traminer white wine is expressed in very fine aromas and excellent structure. They tell the story of the Venetian winemaking tradition, aromatic wines from clayey soils. The excellent freshness makes it young, capable of adapting with ease to a thousand tastes.
Characteristics of the Traminer Ornella Molon wine
Traminer has a straw yellow colour, with light golden nuances, bright and brilliant and with 13.50% vol in alcohol. Pleasantly aromatic bouquet, notes and hints of rose and linden blossom. Soft, balanced, fine flavor with a delicately aromatic taste.
Recommended pairings with Veneto IGT white wine
The dish that is preferred to combine with this wine, according to food and wine tasting experiences, with an excellent aperitif and can also accompany the entire meal based on fish and white meats. Excellent with light hors d'oeuvres, dishes with delicate sauces.
