Gewürztraminer Alto Adige DOC intense straw yellow color with golden reflections, a clear and consistent wine with an excellent alcohol content of 14.50%. Aromatic and intense aroma, spicy with notes of cloves, orange blossom, a characteristic nuance of Alto Adige hillside wines. Excellent body in the mouth, particularly soft with intense aromatic persistence.
Recommended pairings
Excellent with Thai cuisine, fish and shellfish appetizers. Ideal with vegan dishes: risotto with asparagus, fennel salads, tomatoes, fruit salads; raw ham and blue cheeses.
Serve the white wine at a temperature of 10 - 12°C in a Rhine glass.
