The winemaker recommends the Kellerei Kaltern Pinot Grigio 2024 for its extraordinary crispness and intense minerality, a true expression of the Alto Adige DOC terroir surrounded by the Dolomites. Boasting a clear profile and an excellent structure (13.5% ABV), this white wine releases inviting, fruity aromas of pineapple and Williams pear. On the palate, it is dry, powerful, and pleasantly persistent with a characteristic, slightly bitter finish. Crafted to bring a sense of comfort and optimism, it pairs perfectly with shellfish, prosciutto crudo, vegetarian or vegan dishes, and Alpine cheeses. Serve at 10-12°C.
