Why I suggest Vite Rossa IGT Veneto 2018
Wine of excellent drink, robust and moderately tannic. A blend of grapes typical of the Veneto region, old 35-year-old vineyards planted in soils flooded by the Piave, rich in organic substances. High quality guaranteed, green harvesting and bunches are harvested. Fermentation and aging are completed in barriques and aging in glass.
Characteristics of the wine:
Mix of red grapes from the Veneto region, vinified with 50% merlot, 20% cabernet franc and 30% cabernet sauvignon, depending on the vintage, producing a wine with an intense ruby red color and ruby reflections. Clear and consistent wine with 14.00% vol. An intense aroma, pleasant with aging, of ripe fruit, of coffee. Flavor dry, slightly tannic, soft in the mouth, pleasant with aging and well balanced, persistent the finish.
Recommended pairings with Red Vine wine:
Baked pork loin, hand-made Troccoli with lamb sauce, Tortellini with meat sauce, cacciatore alla cacciatora, medium and aged cheeses.
Uncork Vite Rossa IGT Veneto 2018 and allow to air before serving at 16 - 18 ° C. in the Ballon cup.
