Wine produced by coop. Sociale onlus in Franciacorta, dedicated to the law n.180/1978 (Legge Basaglia) which changed the way of thinking and treating psychiatry. Produced from organic grapes selected from the 2010 harvest vinified in barrique and refermented in the bottle where it spent a further year. Excellent bubbles, intense, very structured and persistent. Infinite perlage a little coarse. It needs pairing and thanks to its strength and complexity it supports important dishes.
