Cantina Clarabella
Clarabella is a social, agricultural and non-profit cooperative that is committed to the job reintegration of people with mental and physical disabilities. Founded in 2002, the company is part of the Cascina Clarabella consortium together with three other social cooperatives. Clarabella is dedicated to organic cultivation, land conservation and the development of tourism projects. The company's philosophy is based on respect for people and the environment, adopting organic practices and participating in CO2 emissions monitoring projects.
Clarabella is also a producer of Franciacorta wines, adhering to the Consortium for the protection of Franciacorta and applying the production regulations for wines with controlled and guaranteed designation of origin. Franciacorta wines are characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, a bouquet with notes of fermentation in the bottle, citrus fruits and dried fruit, and a sapid, fresh, fine and harmonious flavour.
Currently, Clarabella manages 10 hectares of land planted with organic vines, divided into several vineyards. Wine production has become the main activity of the company and its wines have won numerous awards.
