Franciacorta Satèn Clarabella is an organic sparkling wine produced exclusively with Chardonnay grapes, selected by hand and carefully pressed. After the primary fermentation in steel with selected yeasts, it ages in the bottle on the lees for 24-30 months, before disgorgement.

Characteristics of the Chardonnay wine:

Franciacorta DOCG Satèn Clarabella, a sparkling bubble that underlines the freshness, has a note of limited ripening of the fruit that recalls, a little apricot, a little citrus, grapefruit and pear, at the same time it is balanced by a slightly buttery softness. The persistence is a little contained, but the aftertaste is pleasant.
