Spumante Metodo Classico Gran Cuvée XXI Secolo d'Araprì bubbles Top in the d'Araprì dry sparkling wine category. Only the best vintages contribute to the production of this excellent sparkling wine, produced with the Champenois method. A second fermentation in the bottle helps to form the characteristic bubbles and the very fine perlage. Left to rest for a long time in the underground tunnels, real vaults, the wine slowly becomes sparkling, enriching the bouquet with complex aromas, ready to face the judgment of consumers from every region of Italy and around the world.
Characteristics of Classic Method Brut Gran Cuvèe d'Araprì
Spumante Metodo Classico Brut Gran Cuvée selected and fragrant grapes of Bombino bianco, Pinot nero, Montepulciano. Sparkling wine with a straw yellow color with brilliant reflections, an excellent alcohol content 12.50% Vol .; evanescent foam and very fine perlage. Great elegance and balance on the nose, aromas of tobacco, honey, apricots and citrus hints. In the mouth dry and elegant wine, with subtle creaminess, softness, fresh, intense flavor, harmonious wine. Allergens: Contains sulphites.

Excellent bubbles Gran Cuvée XXI Sec. d'Araprì for an inaugural toast, with the wedding cake or pleasant meetings. Recommended throughout the meal; on seafood and land starters. Serve the Spumante Brut Gran Cuvée at a temperature of 8 - 10°C in a Flûte glass.
