Why the winemaker recommends Spumante Chiaromonte Ancestrale Rosé Brut 2018
Chiaromonte Ancestrale Rosè brings us back to the traditional fermentation method used by farmers, which risked losing the product by uncorking the bottle. The bubble by Nicola Chiaromonte is produced with a particular technique and lies in the fact that each bottle is different from the others in terms of perfume and chromatic intensity. The must of Pinot Noir grapes and of racemes called Primitivo feminelle, goes directly into the bottle with their yeasts and immediately corked, just like our grandparents did.
Characteristics of the Ancestrale Rosé sparkling wine from Chiaromonte
After 36 months of sur refinement, the Ancestrale Chiaromonte Rosè brut wine shows exactly the aromatic palette of wild fruit, devoid of the almost invasive herbaceous that is typical of the vine but the difference between the various production areas is highlighted, characteristics of Made in Italy.
