Characteristics of Spergola Eris wine of Ca’ dè Medici
Produced from aromatic Spergola grapes of Candia, golden yellow in color. Natural fermentation with Charmat method in autoclave with selected yeasts, good perlage. Almond blossom scent, intense smell of nectarines. Fresh, young in the mouth with a long aftertaste. Moderate alcohol content 11.5% vol.
Recommended pairings sparkling wine Brut
Excellent Spergola Eris Spumante Brut Ca’ dè Medici with seafood or mountain appetizers; lake fish: eel, capitone; delicate dishes: risotto and artichokes, asparagus, risotto with cheeses; White meat.

Cellar Ca’ dè Medici
Ca 'dè Medici winery A.D. 1911, founded by Remigio Medici, today the company is in its fourth generation. The founder leaves the business, due to sudden death, to his eldest son Regolo aged 21. Remigio began to focus on the production and sale of bottle Lambrusco.
