Straw yellow color with greenish reflections, good intensity and density. The first nose opens on fruity and floral notes. Yellow peach, grapefruit, green almond, jasmine and honeysuckle can be recognized. At a second smell we find white pepper, anise, ginger, basil and minerality of petricore. Elegant olfactory complexity that invites to a material, structured and warm taste. Zero sugars and great freshness and flavor. Balanced and persistent.
