Characteristics of Tenuta Mattei Crognolaro wine
Bright straw yellow in color with greenish reflections synonymous with freshness. The Crognolaro by Tenute Mattei offers primary aromas that are discovered on the nose and are fruity with notes of white peach, citrus fruit, apples. The taste is dry and soft, but very fresh. It has excellent intensity and persistence, good acidity and flavor, typical of wines to be enjoyed in youth. The best pairings are with crustaceans and molluscs; good pairing with oily fish, both sea and freshwater.
