The Sommelier: brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections, a synonym of freshness. The primary aromas that can be discovered on the nose fruity with notes of white peach, citrus, apples. The taste is dry and soft, but very cool. It has a good intensity and persistence, good acidity and flavor, typical of wines to be enjoyed in youth. It is best served with crustaceans and molluscs; good the combination on the fatty fish, both sea and fresh water.
Combinations recommended: very Good the combination with the blue fish and with all the important dishes of the navy. Excellent is the marriage with the white meat of lower court.
