The flagship wine of this winery is released on the market only after adequate aging in the cellar. Vinified and aged for 18 months in steel it shows all the purity of the vine without any influence.

The Sommelier: A very interesting organic Verdicchio. Straw yellow with aromas of white fruit, especially peach, then floral and herbaceous notes. Minerality after a while. Wet stone and lime. On the palate, the acidic and fresh part and the almost tropical fruit part find an agreement.
