  Barone di Serramarrocco di Pignatello PGI Sicilia harvested from the only vineyard of Captain Barone di Serramarrocco. An excellent 18-month barricaded wine with excellent body and consistency and 13.50% vol. Intense red color with ruby reflections. Fine olfactory sensation, the scent of ripe fruits, notes of liquorice, vanilla chocolate and the scent of English tobacco. Softness on the palate and in the mouth it lasts until the finish with balance and harmony.

Excellent red wine, the Barone di Serramarrocco Terre Siciliane IGT with dishes with a robust and spicy flavour, grilled tuna, foods seasoned with sweet and sour sauces, mature cheeses, grilled swordfish. Snails bourguignonne, cod with potatoes and pumpkin, with game terrines.
