Why the winemaker recommends Rallo Regnante Perricone Sicilia DOP Bio
The Regnante red wine is a dry and still wine, produced from red Perricone grapes, the native Sicilian variety par excellence, rarely mentioned by magazines and non-experts. The vines are grown according to the organic protocol of the Rallo Wineries. An extremely important wine for the Alcamo DOC and which contributes in percentage to the vinification with many Sicilian wines. The Regnante and the Perricone for the Rallo Wineries represent continuity in the Sicilian wine scene and that it is one of the best red wines produced in Sicily.
