Cayenna the noble grappa extracted from fermented pomace of red grapes, a regional excellence, is perfectly transparent and crystalline. Intense floral aroma, composed and harmonious, with notes of blackberry fruit. Sincere and round flavor on the palate, of excellent quality and structure, long and persistent finish.

Recommended pairings for the Cayenna Riserva distillate

Perfect grappa for a moment of carefree freedom in addition to 75% dark chocolate, also neat with a cigar.

Fellini Cocktail: pour 20 ml Riserva Cayenna in the shake full of ice, add 10 ml of sugar syrup 10 ml of fresh lemon juice.

Serve Grappa Riserva at a temperature of 10 -12°C in a small Tulipano glass.
