Characteristics of Birbante Brut Rosè of Asinara

Charmat method sparkling wine from international grapes Grenache, Merlot and Syrah grown in the north-west of Sardinia. Fruity aromas of wild strawberries, redcurrants. In the mouth it is elegant and balanced between fruitiness (always red berries, but also melon and citrus), drier and bitter notes and a pleasant and well-integrated acidic shoulder.
