Characteristics of Grosjean Extra Brut Montmary wine
They have been producing Sparkling Rosé Classic Method since 2015. The high natural acidity and minerality of the grapes gave them the idea. Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and some Pinot Meunier planted at 850 meters above sea level. 18 months on the yeasts in the bottle for varietal expression. Light strawberry, cotton candy, fruity nose, discreet, simple. Juicy palate, high acid, appetizing, red cherry, red currant, slightly herbaceous finish and mint. Very evident alcohol.

Fish starters; Excellent with fried parcels; raw fish; white meats with simple cooking.
Serve at a temperature of 8 - 10°C in a Tulipano glass.
