Are you looking for a sparkling wine that combines the festive elegance of sparkling wine with the fruity pleasure of a great rosé? The Spumante Rosé Brut Riserva Charmat Method from the historic Caprari winery is the bottle that will transform every toast into a special moment. This reserve demonstrates how the Martinotti-Charmat method, when executed with artisanal mastery and long maturation times, can reach peaks of absolute finesse.
Sensory Profile
100% Pinot Noir Spumante Rosé Brut is a journey through a land of flavors, sensations, and atmospheres. A spicy and fresh bouquet with beautiful notes of white fruit and citrus, remarkable overall finesse, and good persistence. Fresh and clear on the palate, with a fruity finish, it's a Champagne-style aperitif. It also captures guests' attention with Asian dishes like sushi.
Recommended Pairings and Serving Guidelines

It pairs beautifully with Italian-style appetizers, fine cured meat platters (such as Parma ham), and fried gnocco.
To fully enjoy its aromatic nuances, we recommend serving it chilled, at around 12-14°C. Thanks to its "Riserva" structure and vibrant acidity, it is an exceptionally versatile wine at the table, perfect for food pairings such as
