The Moscato Rosa passito from Castel Sallegg is an authentic must, a nectar produced only in thousands of bottles and only in worthy vintages from a traditional pergola training system. The 2016 offers mineral and sticky hints intertwined with a fruity body marked by hints of raisins and dried fruit. On the palate it is enriched with a delicate smoky note that in the finish veers towards infinite sensations of almond. It is a Moscato rich in complex nuances.
