Why the winemaker recommends Alberto Rizzo Sa'Dfiu' Moscato Secco 2022
Take the yellow moscato, give it a couple of years and then prepare to be amazed. It has a truly rich complexity: it opens with ripe white peach, peach blossom, cedar and aromatic herbs then mango. Then buttery notes, balsamic and nutmeg hints emerge. On the palate it has a moderate intensity, but a decisive balance and all the sensations of peach return. However, the wine is in very good shape and has a super persistence!
