It's actually slightly sharper than the San Michele edition. Very correct Barbera, a little aged in wood but a well-balanced whole.

Barbera has a beautiful aroma of red fruits, cherry plum, spicy pepper and vanilla, animal leather. In the mouth it has an exuberant acidity which gives it freshness which is balanced by the structure and an important alcohol content.
