Why I suggest Barbera d'Alba 2021 Giovanni Rosso
Barbera di Langa, Serralunga d'Alba, alcoholic fermentation in steel, with frequent pumping over. Aging for a few months in large French oak barrels. The result is a good wine even if the Barbera d'Alba has other characteristics this has a softness that only wood can give, it is not vinous, good but atypical.
Sommelier:
Vinous nose, very fresh red fruit, bright red color of beautiful transparency. Medium-light body, fresh discreet final sip, almost imperceptible balsamic note that will probably come out over the years. Very smooth tannin (too much). As the minutes pass, the vinous sensation tends to diminish, leaving a very elegant fruit to emerge. It is a typical Barbera, with traditional, authentic characteristics that differs from the mass of the more "modern" and full-bodied.
Recommended pairings:
Ideal with red meats; two eggs with truffles or a platter of cold cuts. Uncork Barbera D’Alba 2021 Giovanni Rosso and serve at a temperature of 15 - 16 ° C, in a Ballon glass.

The Giovanni Rosso estate faces its own agricultural area under vines. An important not particularly united extension which boasts the parcels of the most important crus in Serralunga d’Alba. In addition to a recent extra territorial acquisition, on Etna...Giovanni Rosso
