Why I suggest Etna Rosso 2018 Giovanni Rosso
Interesting wine from the northern hills of Etna, which lately is showing an exciting activity. Those who produce Barolo wine often know how to do it and in fact this bottle. First vintage on the market of this red Etna, it can be tasted with real pleasure. Serious winery and beautiful product! To discover!

Recommended pairings:
Excellent with a beef stew, pasta; caponata.
