Characteristics of the Sa'Dfiu' wine by Alberto Rizzo.
Earthy notes on the nose. A bit of stone and mushrooms for this light purple wine. The palate is very light with slight acidity and little complexity but just one note throughout. Spring or summer meal would accentuate this wine.

Excellent to accompany white meat dishes and polenta. It pairs well with stuffed peppers.
