Italian wine needs its time. Not like me, always in a hurry, always impatient. So is this young wine. I gave it half an hour, maybe an hour, I got a good wine, with an impressive dark red color. But in the second half of the evening, a second taste reveals an impressive complex of aromas that envelops you in the aromas of the Piedmont hills.

Characteristics of Dolcetto wine:

Super Dolcetto! Deep purple color and an expressive nose of black fruit accompanied by floral notes. Juicy and tasty entry. Sapid and long, the mouth is framed by slightly rustic tannins. Excellent!
