Characteristics of the Rosato ViaFrancia Baglio di Pianetto wine

A curious selected Syrah, pale coral cherry pink in color, intense on the nose with aromas of vegetal notes, citrus notes of pink grapefruit and a marked mineral vein of flint, quite complex and equally fine on the nose. Sustained freshness and long-lasting flavor on the palate, quite powerful in alcohol content where it tries to achieve balance.

Recommended pairings for this Rosato Sicilia wine

An excellent rosé that goes well with both meat and fish.
