Characteristics of the Bianco ViaFrancia wine Baglio di Pianetto

ViaFrancia Bianco from Sicily 100%: I love it! Served at 12-14° and left to breathe for half an hour. Fresh and rather aromatic nose with tropical accents of pineapple. Also grapefruit, peach, apricot, pear, a walk in the flower shop, cedar, hint of beeswax, a nice touch of green herbs and a little flint. Balanced palate with good lemon acidity, good minerality and a nice creamy texture. Nice finish with lemon and mandarin.

Excellent accompaniment for a dinner with linguine with sea urchins.
