Because the oenologist recommends Negroni Grappa di Prosecco monovarietal
The lines of the Single-variety Grappa Distilleries, Negroni, sees the use of a specific variety of grape: Prosecco, Chardonnay, Primitivo, Moscato, Cabernet, and from the extracts of the spirits that faithfully reproduce the characteristics typical of the variety, having different degrees of structure and softness, designed to satisfy the various needs of the customer.
Characteristics of the grappa:
Grappa obtained from the pomace of Glera, from the grapes of the Prosecco dei Colli Asolani. Orttima clarity and cleanliness, with a taste soft and elegant. On the nose one can perceive the feelings of great finesse and harmony, denoting a good frankness and typicality. Sensations, confirmed also at the level of the back-olfactory, in which the fragrance of the grape pomace is enhanced by a very good persistence and complexity.
Grappa di Prosecco monovitigno 50cl Negroni Antica Distilleria excellent as an accompaniment to a cigar from the base, sweet and aromatic.
