The line of the Single-variety Grappa of Negroni, sees the use of a specific variety of grape: Cabernet, Primitivo, Moscato, Prosecco, and Chardonnay. By extracting and then of the spirits that faithfully reproduce the characteristics typical of the variety, having different degrees of structure and softness, designed to satisfy the various needs of the customer.
Characteristics of Cabernet grappa:
The Grappa di Cabernet monovitigno 50cl Negroni Antica Distilleria is obtained from the marc of the grapes, Cabernet dei Colli Asolani, the property of Conte Loredan Gasparini. Color trasparente and crystal clear, with a smooth flavour and elegant. Good frankness and typical scents of red fruits of the undergrowth, and an excellent persistence.
Great at the end of a meal or as an accompaniment with a cigar from the base, sweet and aromatic.
Serve Grappa di Cabernet monovitigno 50cl Negroni Antica Distilleria at a temperature of 11 -12°C in the chalice Tulip small.
