Why the oenologist recommends Loredan Gasparini Grappa Head of State
Grappa is traditional and elegant to 48°. A selection of marcs local Treviso, used for the making of the legendary red wine Head of State. Aromas and varietal characteristics exciting, extracted with method of distillation discontinuous bain-marie in small copper boilers.
Particularly in the label the work “Des Roses pour Madame” created in 1967 by the artist tono Zancanaro in honor of the wine, the Head of State.
Characteristics of the grappa:
Grappa Head of State obtained from different types of grape: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbech of excellent clarity and cleanliness. A soft flavor, clean, enveloping, unique, and unrepeatable. Its bouquet is fresh and floral, the double distillation in bain-marie, allow to preserve the unique flavour of flavour and elegant, and sweet almond to all, with the white flowers dry and a final sweet tones and with a voice of melted chocolate. Warm fruity notes make it immediately pleasant and concludes with a beautiful finale that recalls a bacchetto of liquorice.
Excellent Grappa Capo di Stato Loredan Gasparini as an accompaniment to a cigar, on average, aged from the base, sweet and aromatic.
Serve at a temperature of 12 -14°C in the chalice Tulip small.
