It was love at first sip, tried thanks to the advice of my wife (Siciliana DOC) it made me discover a decidedly high-level product without having to spend a fortune. Also try it paired with sushi or raw fish dishes. If you decide to taste this wine, be prepared to welcome a multitude of aromas and flavors all in one glass!
Characteristics of the Petillant wine by Rallo
A pale straw yellow color with a beautiful brilliance. Already in the glass it shows all its creaminess and structure. A wide range of aromas on the nose, with notes of ripe peach, apricot, ripe pineapple, banana, golden apple, grapefruit, mimosa and yellow flowers. In the mouth it exudes acidity, with citrus aromas that prevail, excellent concentration of the fruit and a nice long finish.
Recommended pairings for this Grillo white wine Sicily Bio
It accompanies many typical baked fish dishes, grilled tuna fillets.
Uncork at the moment and serve at a temperature of 12 -14 °C. in a Tulipano glass.
