A wine that in the glass it evolves in complexity and in the palate, the intersections of sensations of softness and flavour.

The Sommelier: the Grapes of the Capital IGP Sicily collected in the Vineyard Sammarcello of Serramarrocco. An excellent wine of good body, texture and alcoholic content 13,50% vol. red color with ruby reflections. Olfactory sensation: the scent of fruits: sour cherry, cherry and chocolate. On the palate, the softness, the tannins skilfully balanced in flavour that holds up to the end with grace and comes back in the flavor, to suggest the grape variety of origin.
