Why I suggest Perricone Rujari Sicilia DOP Bio 2017
The Rujari red wine is a dry and firm wine, produced from red Perricone grapes, the autochthonous of Sicily par excellence, little mentioned by magazines and non-professionals. The vines are cultivated according to the biological protocol of the Rallo cellars. Wine extremely important for the Doc of Alcamo and that contributes in percentage to the vinification with many Sicilian wines. The Rujari and the Perricone for Le Cantine Rallo represent the continuity in the Sicilian wine scene and that it is one of the best red wines produced in Sicily.
Sommelier:
The Rujari wine of Perricone is a still wine and the color is that characteristic of natural red ruby red wines, an indicator of young wine. Produced with a bouquet full of ripe fruit odors. In the mouth and well structured, the wine has an elaborate fermentation process. Good alcohol content 13.50% Vol and persistence long enough, tannicity is not at all effective.
Recommended pairings:
Perricone Rujari Sicilia DOP Bio 2017 Rallo ideal combination with aubergine caponata Well with fried agoni, in carpione, but also red and white meats in delicate preparations. Accompanies many typical dishes based on baked fish, grilled tuna fillets.
Uncork Perricone Rujari Sicilia DOP Bio 2017 Rallo at the moment and serve at a temperature of 16 ° C. in the Ballon cup.
Cellar:
Eternal combination of nature and knowledge. To highlight this work are above all the wines that speak in the glass. In fact, the wines of this historic winery, in recent years, are increasingly convincing with elegance, complexity and reliability over time...Go to the card
