The Grapes of Perricone Terre Siciliane IGT Barone di Serramarrocco 2012, collected from the only Vineyard of the Captain of Serramarrocco. An excellent wine, aged 18 months, of good body and texture and the degree of alcohol 13,50% vol. Intense red color with ruby reflections. The end of the olfactory sensation, the scent of ripe fruit, notes of licorice, chocolate, vanilla, and the scent of tobacco to the English. On the palate soft and mouth - holding it up to the end with balance and harmony.
Food pairings:
Excellent Barone di Serramarrocco 2012 Terre Siciliane withdishes with strong flavour and spicy, grilled Tuna, food seasoned with sauces sweet and sour, mature cheeses, grilled swordfish. Snails bourguignon, creamed Cod with potatoes and pumpkin, with a terrine of wild game.
