Characteristics of the Chardonnay wine:
Èssenza Pas Dosé Franciacorta Chardonnay sparkling wine straw yellow color, abundant creamy foam of medium duration. Small bubble with medium rising speed. On the nose intense hints of yeasts transferred to the mouth with mineral and citric notes in the finish. On the palate non-aggressive effervescence and acidity, fine and crunchy bubbles, good persistence. Disgorgement 2018 with some imbalance due to the slightly evolved yeasts, medium structure, little complexity.
