Particular Franciacorta Rosé produced by Clarabella, a company that I consider more than discreet, makes organic cultivation and the social recovery of workers employed in the fields, its strong point. 85% Pinot Noir, 3 years of yeasts, further aff in the bottle, pink-coppery color, medium-fat bubble, nose without jolt, too strong acid note in the mouth, a sensation that they have overestimated the potential of the vine, a light marsala, short never takes off, to try again...

Franciacorta Rosé Annalisa Faifer a particular and powerful rosé from Franciacorta. A nice onion skin color, almost coral. Perlage and foam are inviting. Crunchy red fruit with some spring flowers but, above all, it shows a really delicious "boer" taste: a voluptuous sour cherry, a spark of bitter cocoa powder and a PN that comes out with a sort of liqueur note. Good facility.
