The Sommelier: 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir for a rosé with a sugar residue of 8 g / l. Of a soft coral pink, it has a fine and persistent perlage that glides with pleasure. Recommended pairings: Appetizers of cured meats and starters with cappelletti in meat broth.
Serve at a temperature of 8 - 10 ° C in a Flûte glass.
