Bolgheri to the nth degree! Excellent balance. Round and very pleasant aroma. Velvety on the palate, minerality (soil, dust), black cherry tones, nuances of dark plum, light astringent and sour nuances, barely perceptible "rubbery" (like a good Bordeaux). Nuances, minerals (soil), nuances of cooked herbs, resinous notes, nuances of blackcurrant, light bitterness, animal and creamy notes, dry tones of dark berries, dried flowers, spices (pepper). Long aftertaste. Very drinkable and very gastronomic wine.
