Characteristics of the Bolgheri wine by Dario Di Vaira

Bolgheri Bordeaux blend composed of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon + 30% Cabernet Franc + 10% Merlot. Very good from the moment you open the bottle and at the first nose. We let it decant for two hours and breathe in the glass, layered and complex wine. The alcohol seems to be very high. Crisp and juicy mouthfeel, abundant use of oak here. Young and powerful. Will improve over time.

A robust wine pairs perfectly with meat and pasta; good with brie; with lamb.
