Contadi Castaldi Satén is never wrong, it will also be the super mixing vat that Vittorio Moretti has given to his young cellar which turns 33 this year, a vat that helps ensure uniformity of the bottles and a product that is always in line with the high standard that Gianluca wants to keep !!! Characteristics of Contadi Castaldi sparkling wine
A Franciacorta Chardonnay of considerable qualitative depth and high mineral content with an intriguing aromatic dynamism in constant evolution. Fine and widespread perlage with lively effervescence and appropriate froth. The oxidative trace is just mentioned and is balanced in the structure. Well-balanced acidity. Straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose offers floral, flint, candied and citrus notes. On the palate there are hints of mandarin, toasted almonds, iron, ripe figs
