Why the winemaker recommends Jean Michel Champagne Carte Blanche Extra Brut
Carte Blanche is the Champagne cuvée of 3 unmistakable vintages of Maison JEAN MICHEL specialized in the cultivation of Pinot Meunier in the hills of Moussy, the area of choice for this vine.
The elegant, dominant fruity note of Pinot Meunier is assembled to the pleasant citrus note of Chardonnay and to the pure and mineral soul of Pinot Noir in a minimal percentage.
A great result for a Champagne of extreme originality and elegance.
