Characteristics of Contadi Castaldi Blànc Extra Brut sparkling wine
Chardonnay with a soft foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh, inviting, characterized by floral notes of linden, citrus nuances of white peach and light spicy hints of green pepper. In the mouth it is taut, crunchy, vertical, highly drinkable. A trace of sapidity accompanies it to a finish of excellent persistence. A great classic.
